Workout #2 of the day was a success! Took a co-worker of mine and my cousin and went to his church after the daycare. Working out in the humid church with an old bench really made for great atmosphere.
Showed them the basics of lifting, and did a routine of chest, back, biceps, triceps, and some ab work. Only have a total of about 170 pounds, but it will do.
So happy to get back into lifting. Had a pretty good compliment when my co-worker asked when I started to look “ripped.” I wouldn’t say i’m ripped yet, but i’m on a good course. Of course the sweat and lighting really brought out what muscles I have.
Here’s to another great day tomorrow.
Morning workout complete! I did biceps, triceps, shoulders, and abs. My upper abs need work, as I was nearly crying during the upper portion. Lower abs are much stronger.
Now tonight I will work chest and maybe back with my cousin. Maybe another set of ab work wont hurt either.
Time for some more protein!
